Haymarket opened in September 2025 in Hensonville, NY and sells breakfast, lunch, coffee, espresso drinks, and locally sourced pantry items and housewares. We are committed to using locally sourced ingredients whenever we can, and we use higher welfare animal products. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options on our menu.

Most likely, yes! We always have vegan options and usually at least one gluten-free choice on the menu. Our kitchen isn’t entirely gluten-free, but if you let us know your needs, we’ll help you find something delicious and suitable. You’ll also find a great selection of vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free snacks in our shop.
