Hi, I’m Anne! Opening a place like this has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. For over 25 years, I worked in marketing and brand, but this vision was always in the back of my mind: a welcoming space where people could gather, eat something delicious (and maybe even a little healthy), and feel at home.

In 2018, my husband and I moved to Ashland and quickly fell in love with the people, the landscape, and the spirit of the Catskills. When I saw this beautiful old building become available, I knew it was finally time to bring the dream to life.

Haymarket Catskills is a coffee shop and café built around community, comfort, and really good food. We make everything we can in-house and source the rest from the incredible farmers and producers of the Catskills and Hudson Valley. We’ll also be sharing other things we love — flavors, finds, and moments that make life a little richer.

We’re aiming (and hoping!) for a Labor Day opening — fingers crossed, and send all the good vibes. We can’t wait to welcome you.
